Job Description

Finance Analyst supporting Strategy, Transformation, and Corporate Affairs (STCA).

Core Responsibilities

• Support the STCA division’s reporting, forecasting, and planning functions.

• Communicating with top level management, detailed capex reporting, variance commentary, personnel tracking and analysis, and supplemental reporting for Senior Management reviews.

• Regularly provides thorough ad hoc reporting/analysis proactively.

• Working closely with senior leadership and provides a high level of customer service.

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with two or more years of experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Two or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Two or more years of experience in financial analysis activities

• Robust Excel modelling skills

• Effective communication skills

• Thorough understanding of U.S. Bank’s capex processes

• Microsoft Excel and Hyperion Essbase expertise a plus

• Superior knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

• Expert ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

• Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 - $99,440.00
