Job DescriptionPrimary duties and responsibilities include managing the Corporate & Commercial Banking (CCB) Financial Crimes Control (FCC) Quality Control team (QC Team). The QC Team ensures that completed Know Your Customer (KYC) records for CCB customers align with EFCC Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities Granular understanding of the EFCC KYC Policy, with a focus on Standard Due Diligence including but not limited to: CIP and Beneficial Owner requirements, an ability to apply that knowledge to large and complex legal entities.

Conduct research or reach-outs to appropriate internal or external contacts until KYC anomalies are appropriately reconciled.

Reconcile data for reporting and regulatory compliance purposes, and then clearly communicate the end results of these reviews to key stakeholders within CCB and other Business Lines, as needed.

Identify, respond and/or escalate risks as appropriate and may occasionally be asked to assist with other project work under the broader FCC team.

Identify areas for process or control improvement and clearly communicate and assist in implementation, as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to seven years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience Previous manager experience

Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

Advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills

Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Applicable professional certifications preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $81,600.00 - $96,000.00 - $105,600.00
