Job DescriptionThis Personalization Senior Analyst will be focused on platform roadmap, attribution, and driving enterprise capability growth.

The Personalization Senior Analyst will join us as we build solutions to help customers activate their most important life goals and create personalized plans, that guide and assist over time, to achieve success. The Personalization Senior Analyst will execute on the vision by: Partnering with the Architects and Journey Owner in driving the creation and orchestration of new products and capabilities to drive Personalization across banking products and channels throughout the enterprise
Collaborating across business lines, channels, and functions to identify integration & partnership opportunities
Partner closely with stakeholders from across the organization to create best in class capabilities for our customers and maximize benefit to the enterprise
Identifying customer research needs and adjusting priorities and requirements based on findings
Researching external competitive landscape and translating the competitive view into differentiation opportunities
Evaluating platform performance, measurement, and attribution and then translating this into roadmap priorities
Collaborating with business and technical team members to identify interdependencies, define and document requirements that adhere to identified constraints
Managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of delivery

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5 to 8 years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience with Agile team structure and operations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Leadership skills adept at working across a heavily matrixed organization
Natural curiosity and self-directed ability to seek out information and meet goals/deadlines
Exceptional communication skills to be effective within a large organization across various stakeholders
Consistent track record of collaboration, including ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners
Experience within Banking, FinTech space is an added plus.
