Job Description

This is an exciting time to join the Corporate Segment Digital team, we're expanding. The clients we support, the internal users and processes we're streamlining for them will all benefit from the new products and capabilities we plan to deliver this year and beyond. As an integral part of the Digital team, this role will lead the product planning and agile delivery of shared onboarding and servicing journey capabilities benefitting our clients within CCB (Corporate & Commercial Banking). Our team is client-focused, while ensuring that we at U.S. Bank deliver best-in-class “One U.S. Bank” reusable digital experiences for customers and employees in a scalable, and cost-effective way.

This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle digital product management of current and future platform capabilities that support CCB (Corporate & Commercial Banking) onboarding and servicing capabilities that will be delivered within our unified platform. Collaboration and excellent communication are key to the success of this role, in which you will partner with digital leaders, user experience, design, platform, and technical counterparts to identify, create, and map to Segment roadmaps, while ensuring delivery is on time and on budget.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively across businesses / functional areas to define, sequence, and execute the onboarding and servicing roadmap of shared capabilities.

  • Partner with Agile practice leads to evolve how Agile and Lean management are applied at the Bank.

  • Capture business requirements that will contribute to the overall unified onboarding and servicing strategy.

  • Lead the product planning and delivery of core business capabilities within Digital.

  • Provide a compelling roadmap of client and product onboarding across corporate channels.

  • Leverage data, analytics, research, design, and business understanding to ensure capabilities identified manage risk while providing solutions that give our users optimized experiences.

  • Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, designers, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across digital in CCB

  • Take products from initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping

  • Directs people and work efforts across several, simultaneous projects to meet business goals

  • Synthesize each project’s business goals to set specific, measurable objectives.

  • Reporting regularly on performance to senior leadership

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $99,365.00 - $116,900.00 - $128,590.00
