Job Description

As a Development Group Manager you would be supporting our legacy Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) critical vendors. Specifically, this position primarily supports our third-party vendors Total Systems (TSYS) and WEX systems and relationships. In addition:

· Responsible for vendor interface to result in application systems analysis and programming activities;

· Interface with vendors to request solutions, time and cost estimates. Assists in developing requirements;

· Review and evaluate team member’s work and prepare performance reports;

· Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods;

· Consults with personnel in other Technology areas to coordinate activities;

· Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the vendor group.

The person in this role works as a “player/coach” with immersion into all critical vendor tasks, focusing on TSYS. Current breakout of time allocation for this role is:

65% TSYS NA-North America (TS1) and EU-Europe (TS2) activity, including calls, meetings, emails, escalations, projects

10% Direct Issuing calls, projects, and emails

15% Administrative, coaching, and team activities

5% Corporate Payment Manager (CPM) calls, projects, and emails (WEX)

5% Visa calls, projects, and emails

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

-10 or more years of related experience in information systems technology and/or Vendor Management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

-Vendor management experience

-Considerable knowledge of systems technology and functional area

-Strong technical and business knowledge of organization policies and procedures

-Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

-Demonstrated analytical, project management and tactical planning skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
