U.S. Bank Data Analytics Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is hiring for the position of Data Analytics Manager in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, and interpret results as part of big data/analytics projects; Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis; Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action; Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools; Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions; Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needs; Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments, if necessary; and Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:

- Requires a Master’s degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field plus 5 years of experience. Must have 5 years with supporting analytical needs/solutions, working with cross-functional teams, Informatica, DB2, Hive, Tableau; 3 years with integrating data from various sources, data analysis, data modelling, developing presentations based on analysis, project and delivery management, SQL, Python, UNIX; 2 years developing dashboards and reports to measure KPIs. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. Company headquarters located at 800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
