Job DescriptionFacilitates timely and accurate underwriting, approval, renewal, and monitoring of loans to meet client needs and department revenue goals while maintaining the highest audit and compliance standards at all times. Works with the assigned region's Relationship Managers, Managing Directors, and Regional Managers to structure and present complex loan requests for approval, as well as completing succinct and timely Problem Credit Management Reports and ensuring that time-bound action plans are executed as needed. Trains and coaches Relationship Managers and assistants on proper underwriting, analysis, and structure of loan requests. Coordinates with bankers, managers, credit analysts, and credit approvers for appropriate prioritization of credit request, renewals, and annual reviews in order to properly balance client service and revenue generation with prudent risk management and early warning procedures. Monitors others to ensure that documentation, loan covenants, and collateral are reviewed, tested, and monitored as required.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five or more years of experience in Wealth Management Group as a Wealth Management Relationship manager, credit underwriter or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong relationship management, lending, and new business development/sales skills - Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management banking products and services, including credit management - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to make critical decisions independently
