Job DescriptionThe CPS Strategy and Specialized Industry team is looking for a Supplier Enablement Manager to establish and maintain great working relationships with assigned business accounts. The successful candidate will add value to new and existing client relationships by serving as the supplier enablement contact and subject matter expert for U.S. Bank’s Virtual Pay/ePayables program. A good understanding of the benefits of accepting credit cards in a business-to-business (B2B) environment and the ability to effectively communicate and make recommendations to clients are important in this role. The successful candidate must also be familiar with and stay abreast of industry and competitive intelligence.

Essential Functions:

Recommends and implements supplier enablement strategies to quickly and efficiently grow a client’s Virtual Pay program both during implementation and throughout the life of their program with U.S. Bank. Exhibits proven client relations skills including the ability to build rapport and deal effectively, tactfully, empathically and knowledgeably with customers and non-customers. Coordinates and interacts with internal and external teams and individuals to ensure high levels of service and program growth. Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to effectively analyze, consult, and present compelling product propositions to clients. Maintains high service satisfaction by following up on client inquiries, providing training, and reviewing program updates. Displays they are a motivated, self-driver with proven time management skills and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines at once.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of relationship management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong sales, relationship management and business development abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships - Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills
