The U.S. Bank Corporate Treasury Department is seeking a dynamic, self-starting administrative assistant to support several senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks included but are not limited to:
Regular and ad hoc projects
Department tasks & support
Correspondence on behalf of leaders
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, takes initiative, anticipates the needs of their leaders, problem solver, has excellent communication skills, prioritizes well, remains agile, and works well under minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote, Teams, etc.
Comfortable supporting tech needs for leaders and department including running and troubleshooting applications, hardware and conferencing setups
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
