Job DescriptionCommercial Property Regional Appraisal Manager leads and manages appraisal review staff and administrative support staff to ensure that primary job functions produce high-quality work in the time frames established and in accordance with Bank policy and departmental procedures. The manager also orders and reviews commercial appraisals reports for conformance with FIRREA, USPAP and bank policies. He/she will communicate with Lenders and Credit Approvers to resolve any valuation or policy issues or discrepancies that have been raised by underlying review staff. The manager will provide ongoing guidance regarding appraisal issues and will monitor the work of direct reports to ensure that appraisal orders and reviews are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Tend years of Commercial Real Estate Appraisal or Appraisal Review Experience - Applicable certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience - Experience preparing/reviewing commercial appraisals. - Ability to lead and develop teams. - Considerable knowledge of USPAP, FIRREA and federal regulations concerning valuations used for lending. - Strong process leadership, management, and analytical skills - Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $117,385.00 - $138,100.00 - $151,910.00
