Job Description
Responsible for performing client presentations, product training, product demonstrations, facilitating special handling needs, client education, and working with the Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales team to address needs. Develops unique presentations alongside FX Sales to promote bank products and improve client-bank relationship. Provides support to all FX Operations Servicing Teams and assists with project planning, support, and implementation. Makes decisions on the spot and aids in the sale of bank products. Performs research, analysis, and review of data to make informed decisions on products and to respond to client inquiries.
Defines and performs internal and external training strategies for the bank’s Foreign Exchange E-Commerce platform to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes. Makes recommendations to introduce new technology or improve existing technology. May identify areas of inconsistencies and work with business partners to solve issues.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with key internal and external partners. Learns multiple roles in FX and serves as a subject matter expert to the department. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Acts as a project lead or liaison between departments and may coordinate and direct a team of project staff.
Handles clients complaints and issues technology service alerts. Performs client onboarding tasks, maintains internal and client-facing documentation, and strategizes and distributes mass client communication.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Four or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
Good understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a project team
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $67,320.00 - $79,200.00 - $87,120.00
