Job Description Position Highlights
Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager
Responsible for managing the schedules and communications for assigned managers
Responsible for coordinating and organizing team meetings and events
Other duties may include collecting and interpreting data to produce reports; conducting special projects; presentations, and travel arrangements; and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed
Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc
Specific job duties vary by area
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage, adapt and prioritize multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Effective problem solving skills; ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
