Responsibilities

· Perform analysis of high demand and future talent needs across business lines.

· Support design and development of initiatives in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, etc.

· Develop plans and create materials or write communications for various audiences to drive strategies.

· Review and analyze talent information to identify trends and create executive summaries.

· Develop presentations and share out with leadership.

Basic qualifications

· Pursuing a master’s level degree

Preferredqualifications

· Pursuing a master’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Development, Talent Management, Strategy, Marketing/Communications or related field.

· Preferred experience and expertise in talent management or related Human Resources function.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills within a business context

· Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor and receive dynamic on-the-job training.

· Experience building presentations and utilizing basic data visualization techniques.

The internship position for which you’re applying may be placed under U.S. Bank’s subsidiary, Elavon. Elavon is wholly owned by U.S. Bank, the fifth-largest bank in the United States, and provides end-to-end payment processing solutions and services to more than 1.3 million customers in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. As the leading provider for airlines and a top five provider in hospitality, healthcare, retail and public sector/education, Elavon’s innovative payment solutions are designed to solve pain points for businesses from small to enterprise-sized.
