Designs, develops, delivers, and manages workplace learning and performance solutions that meet Wealth Management and Investment Services’ business objectives. These solutions include but are not limited to training programs that are instructor-led, web-based and/or distance delivered; interactive demos, simulations, and other online support tools; job aids and workplace effectiveness tips. Writes and maintains system documentation including system procedures, user guides, quick reference guides, and frequently asked questions. Works with Learning Management System (LMS) administration to set up courses, learner groups, and learner assignments. Working independently with minimal guidance, participates in complex projects requiring problem solving. May act as a lead for small to medium projects, having low to moderate risk and moderate complexity. Serves as a key contributing team member to large, complex projects.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in delivery and administration of education and training programs or related experience
Strong instructional design skills in the development, delivery, facilitation, administration and evaluation of instructor-led, self-study, and eLearning training programs
Previous experience project managing mid to large training projects
Strong business analysis skills to conduct needs analysis and project planning
Excellent written and documentation design skills
Previous experience with Learning Management System (LMS) course set up and administrative duties preferred
Knowledge of U.S. Bank’s core trust/custody business applications preferred
Required software skills: Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
Critical and strategic thinking, and strong organizational and planning skills
Acute attention to detail, and quality and results orientation
Self-starter, effective time and priority management
Extreme customer service and effective interpersonal skills
