U.S. Bank Mutual Funds Specialist 5 - Milwaukee, WI in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

Responsible for the analysis and processing of a variety of complex mutual fund transaction requests for Introducing Broker Dealers and their clients; including new account set ups, purchases, redemptions, exchanges,transfers, and account maintenance within client standards for productivity and accuracy. Provides and responds to telephone inquiries from existing shareholders, institutional clients, and broker/dealers regarding transaction requests and specific account information. Analyzes and enters trade cancellations, account corrections, dividend and capital gain corrections, check stops and rebooking trades due to pricing errors. Researches shareholder requests to ensure compliance with SEC and internal policies and procedures.Willing to be part of a dynamic team that promotes positive interaction and strives for great customer service

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum two years of related work experience, such as accounting/financial transactions and customer service

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Series 99 Preferred or must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date

  • Ability to collect, interpret, and apply diverse client/fund information and regulatory guidelines

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient mathematical and computer skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
