Job DescriptionProcesses daily broker/dealer trades, including resolution of rejects, problem solving and research, and money movement to and from financial institutions. Calculates trade losses, prepares reclaim letters, notifies brokers/dealers of loss information, and follows through on loss claims made against financial intermediaries. Researches, balances and makes payment of dealer commissions. Assists during audits to provide information and answer questions. Responsibilities are balanced between customer service (to internal and external clients) and processing. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Two or more years of finance, accounting or reconcilement experience - Basic knowledge of financial industry - Familiarity with Mutual Fund systems and processes - Well-developed customer service skills - Ability to plan and prioritize multiple processes effectively with strong attention to detail - Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems with minimal guidance - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Benefits: Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
