Job DescriptionThe Custody Replatform Product Owner (Testing) will support the Custody System phased conversions as a hybrid Testing Program Manager. Post-conversion, position will continue to support custody operations products and projects. The Testing Product Owner will be responsible for setting and maintaining the testing program foundation and structure to support multiple business lines, various cross business functions, as well as supporting and reporting on some cross-surround application testing throughout the multi-year program. Will be responsible for collaborating with other internal, custody and other product owners and business line leads to ensure test scripts are written, in the proper structure, with testing results and defects reported on in a timely manner. Additionally, the Testing Product Owner will liaison with the external vendor and internal resources to effectively prioritize and resolve testing defects and issues. The Testing Product Owner will be responsible for providing program level testing status and results in various levels of meetings, including core team and some executive/senior management meetings. Ensures the testing efforts in each phase address the people, process, and technology changes to successfully implement and convert multiple lines of business throughout the multi-year program. Collaborates with other leads or product owners as part of the Transition Management team for training, communications, and readiness activities.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in Investment Services, Custody, Wealth Management or a diversified financial services background with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, identify options, drive decisions, and execute against those tasks.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of custody business or extensive background in testing - Previous experience and knowledge in SEI's Wealth Platform (SWP) implementations, preferably in a key testing role - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Previous experience and knowledge working in an Agile environment across business and technology teams - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred
