Support EBR accounts that hold client-controlled assets and provide secondary reviews of those assets. Serve as the main point of contact for business line administration and research any client inquiries or issues promptly. Perform accrual reviews and facilitate asset set-up corrections related to assigned accounts. Generate and analyze reports, as well as research and resolve exceptions prior to established deadlines. Perform Master Trust valuations, including the research of any unusual activity in Master Trust accounts & confirming treatment of activity for valuation. Possesses growth mindset and partners with management to improve processes and procedures to transform our business and provide the best customer service possible to our clients.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of experience in financial accounting activities
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data and problem solve
Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask probing questions to gather more information
Demonstrates good judgement and escalates issues to management as needed
