Job DescriptionThis position aids in Issue identification and stakeholder vetting, assists and coordinates remediation planning for all of Equipment Finance. In addition, the Analyst tracks and monitors Issues and remediation plans, provides credible challenge and facilitates CPMA and Issue closure. This position also aids in identification, vets and reports Customer Remediation Events and Operational Risk Events and assists in the creation of remediation plans, tracks and monitors Customer Remediation Events and Operational Risk Events and as well as collaborates with Functional Areas to provide Equipment Finance responses, as needed.

Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Five or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities

Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to apply critical thinking in collaborating with multiple functional areas to solve complex problems, including process improvement - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to build trust and manage relationships at various levels of leadership - Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area - Advanced knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
