Job DescriptionPerforms a variety of duties in conjunction with consumer loan/lease servicing of auto and recreational vehicle applications. Position requires strong customer service skills as responsibilities include direct contact with dealerships via both phone and email. Assists in the maintenance of application processing. Designated tasks may vary daily so flexibility and multi-tasking is vital to this role. Works closely with Regional Account Managers to enhance dealer/bank relationships. Communicates with dealers, customers, to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and customer service standards. Qualifications: Strong customer interactive skills with a strong emphasis on phone communication in a call center environment. Ability to input and analyze data to accurately support funding of automobile, lease and recreational finance loans for dealerships in a production based environment. Emphasis is on consistently meeting productivity and quality goals. Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction. Ability to work effectively, independently and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment. This position requires strong organization skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary customer skills is a must for this position to ensure a professional representation of USBank. Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic reading, writing, mathematical and calculator skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven customer service skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
