Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES Provides project and analytical support to Commercial Lending business lines and functional areas, including being a project liaison to Lending Services, Loan IQ Agile Team and other supporting business lines. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform detailed analysis and review of assigned commercial lending products and applications
Understand product backlog and provide LIQ Agile Sprint Team with priority of user stories
Primary Support for LIQ Product Owner, assisting with delivery of demo documentation and business line user story refinement
Organize and ensure execution of Operational Readiness, including but not limited to internal, external customer communication and business line processes and procedures
Plan, organize and execute project related work
Influence decisions to challenge the status quo
Ensure all impacted US Bank partners are involved in decisions, including but not limited to accounting policy, risk, regulatory reporting, legal.
Partner closely with customers (internal and external), the business lines and Agile Teams to drive evolution of assigned products
Provide real time feedback and answer questions on an ongoing basis
REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - One to two years of related experience
PREFERRED - Advanced knowledge of Loan IQ business line or functional area - Familiarity with Agile - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Thorough knowledge of project management - Ability to analyze and compare data - Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively with team members across the company as well as external customers and vendors - Ability to work independently but keep management informed of project concerns and progress - Ability to influence decisions and discern issues - Well-developed written and verbal communication - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower others
