Job DescriptionProvides project and analytical support to Commercial Real Estate division. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised tickler and related system processes/procedures. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Reviews and compares credit approval to final loan documentation to confirm reporting and covenant items are consistent for all CRE loans. Builds all tracking items in Credit + tickler system and monitors for past due items. Prepare and distribute reports to monitor past due tickler items. Manages CAMIS system to ensure loans are reporting correctly. Retain communication/back up information in an organized manner. Works with internal partners to resolve any outstanding items. Maintain log with Loan Administration and Outside Counsel errors, provide to management on a consistent basis. Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills. Attend staff meetings as requested. Possesses strong customer service skills and is familiar with Client Advocacy practices. Requires expert knowledge of Credit + and knowledge of CAMIS reporting.
Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
