Job Description
Responsible for monitoring a lease/loan portfolio, involves conducting complete credit analyses, including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing customers and making recommendations to the person(s) responsible for final lending decisions, including renewal and extension of existing credit facilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting reviews and extensive analysis of higher risk accounts prior to taking or recommending corrective action.
Preparing specialized analyses and preparing specialized reports regarding loan quality/portfolio quality and based on those analyses provides expert advice and makes recommendations to management.
Performs economic and industry analyses, financial projections and risk assessments
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years of experience in credit analysis and/or lending activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Considerable credit analysis and analytical skills
Extensive knowledge of credit administration, policy and procedures
Thorough knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance
In-depth knowledge of risk analysis
Excellent technical report writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $92,735.00 - $109,100.00 - $120,010.00
