Job DescriptionThe U S Bancorp Division Manager leads and manages a team of Wealth Advisor Region Managers in our West Division which includes Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona. Advisor Regional Managers are responsible for managing and leading Wealth Management Advisors and growing the market share of our affluent clients.

The U S Bancorp Divisional leader drives and executes the Wealth strategy to increase the penetration of clients to Investment clients. Ensures growth through the delivery of the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities in order to ensure teams deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services with respect to capabilities and solutions, which includes portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory and insurance. Ensure the delivery of client investment strategies of the team through an understanding the client’s unique goals and objectives Ensure appropriate goals-based investment portfolios are constructed according to those objectives using US Bank’s Asset Management Group (AMG) or U S Bancorp Investment’s open architecture platform.

The Divisional leader drives and implements client acquisition strategies to meet and exceed aggressive sales growth goals. Responsible for development and execution of strategic initiatives and development of delivery model that enhances wealth management client experience, deepens relationships with existing clients as well as grow net new affluent relationships. Ensures a comprehensive client experience through effective teaming of Wealth Banking and Wealth Advisory services that center around planning and delivering comprehensive wealth solutions. Manages team to achieve balance and revenue growth by retaining and deepening high value client relationships. Sustains profitability and growth through delivery of high-quality service to affluent clients. Creates and recommends annual sales plan and budgets. Promotes a wholistic client experience across the division with our key partners in Wealth Management, Corporate, Commercial and Consumer Banking.

The Divisional leader proactively engages in strategic planning with key business partners in divisional footprint. Collaborates with other Wealth Management and partner leaders to encourage and support our One Bank philosophy. Contributes to and leads the development of activities to build reciprocal referral relationships, promoting integrated partnership opportunities that generate new client prospects and the deepening of the overall relationship of existing clients.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field - 10 or more years of Investment experience, preferably Wealth experience - 10 or more years of managerial/leadership experience - FINRA series 7,63,53, and 24

Preferred Skills/Experience - Expert knowledge of the Wealth Investment Business - Expert knowledge of Investment Products - Experience with Principal Supervision - Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
