U.S. Bank Information Security’s Governance Risk and Compliance organization is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to contribute towards the success of our Risk Assessment Product. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile development processes, cross-functional project management, and communicating customer and business requirements, which will contribute toward the success of our organizational goals.
U.S. Bank is seeking a Risk Assessment Product Manager will drive the end-to-end strategy for new product enhancements and oversee the delivery of the strategy and roadmap for their product. This role will partner closely with technical product managers, risk/compliance, operations, and third-party vendors.
The Product Manager will directly and through professional staff, oversee the strategic product management for a major product line in support of the organization’s goals and needs. this individual will be responsible for meeting product success and growth goals.
Develops strategy and product objectives by communicating and incorporating consumer needs and feedback to enhance new or existing products.
Assists in developing roadmaps, integrating key technological requirements and tracking product's profit and growth goals.
Typically manages a single product or multiple products; responsible for products/assignments of moderate complexity and/or scope.
Performs under broad guidance and supervision.
Typically receives minimal instructions on routine work.
May provide guidance to junior staff and may occasionally lead a team.
Applies in-depth knowledge of professional concepts and established technologies
Oversee the evaluation of security compliance and risk trends, product development, and product position
Recommend revisions and enhancements to product line to stimulate success and meet objectives.
Develops strategic plan and product line objectives, ensuring consistency with organization and business line objectives and goals and meeting product success and growth goals.
Manages design, development, implementation, and enhancement of new or existing products that support organization and business line objectives.
Manages the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance, productivity, and contribution.
Reviews strategic product and other external/internal contributing factors, evaluating long term effects and anticipating changes.
Reviews risk data related to product line(s) and ensures risks are effectively recorded, monitored, and managed.
Ensures security organization products meet regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements
Plans, develops, and controls project/product budget.
Identifies Bank stakeholder needs and business objectives that Information Security Risk Assessment.
Articulates what success looks like for the Security Risk Assessment product and motivates the team to achieve success through meeting acceptance criteria of all assigned tasks and meeting stakeholder requirements through their definition of done.
Provide governance and oversight for the Bank’s security risk programs and related processes necessary to meet the Bank’s obligations.
Support Information Security Policies/Standards processes.
Develop and maintain repeatable, documented processes to identify and collect risk conditions, facilitate remediation, and monitor remediation.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of related work experience
Experience Should Include
4+ years experience product management, design and development skills
Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
2+ years managing budgets (forecasting, contract management)
Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting complex information to senior leadership
Professional verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and visual presentation
Experience in a regulated industry
2+ years of ServiceNow experience
4+ years managing projects
Knowledge of and experience with Agile values & principles
Experience working with Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools
Prior experience as a product manager or Junior/associate product manager
Able to work productively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $88,910.00 - $104,600.00 - $115,060.00
