About the Team

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager within the Talech team to enhance the internal tools and capabilities used by our Customer Success team to support and engage our customers. Talech provides point of sale software to small business owners that give them all the tools and information needed to run their restaurants, retail stores, and services businesses. At Talech, you’ll join a close-knit team with a startup mentality that also has the stability and backing of a large, successful corporation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on integrating new 3rd party tools and adding features to existing tools that meet the business needs of our Onboarding, Support, Knowledge Management, and Customer Success Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams, breaking down requirements into work items for the development team, building and integrating internal systems and tools like Salesforce, and driving a roadmap with multiple priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Scrum Product Owner by defining, managing, and prioritizing user stories to meet committed timelines. Manage the scrum team’s backlog and plan quarterly goals based on strategic priorities and stakeholder input

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business owners to define customer-focused needs; collaborate with development teams to identify solutions and timelines

  • Manage relationships with Customer Success stakeholders and other internal scrum teams. Identify risks and dependencies, communicate progress and updates, negotiate solutions to challenges

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of related work experience

  • Product Management experience within technology driven organizations working in agile/scrum teams

  • Ability to analyze and communicate the value and impact of competing solutions to business problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders

  • Proven project and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

  • Experience executing roadmaps from start to finish

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience working with internal enterprise systems, tools and integrations, i.e. Salesforce

  • Working experience with APIs, the ability to read API documentation enough to write requirements for integrations

  • Proficient and knowledgeable in JIRA or similar agile tools, MS Office applications

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $106,760.00 - $125,600.00 - $138,160.00
