Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple development teams

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies e.g. daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demos/retrospectives

  • Collaborates with product owner and architect to ensure alignment on strategy and execution

  • Expert knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution.

  • Facilitates interaction and appropriate communication between scrum teams, architecture and UX

  • Ensure adherence to agile practice through scrum activities for scrum teams

  • Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives

  • Ensure proper transparency and visibility into dependencies and risks.

  • Advanced understanding of various agile methodologies/frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP.

  • Good understanding of software design and delivery.

  • Technical/engineering background preferred.

  • Create and contribute to agile communities (cohorts, communities of practice, etc.) to support continuous learning and foster a lean-agile mindset at talech

  • Experience working with offsite teams across multiple time zones

  • Collect and present metrics in various formats for different audiences

  • Make use of data to create actionable plans for optimization, improvements

  • Be a source of inspiration and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork

  • Maintain a safe environment, where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express their constructive thoughts and feelings

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile technology delivery and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams

  • At least one year of experience in a Scrum environment

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working experience in:

  • System development life cycle

  • SAFe methodology

  • Experience managing Scrum teams

  • Strong communication skills

  • 7+ years of overall delivery experience in Technology with minimum of 4 years of Agile delivery experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with product designers.

  • At least 3 years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

  • Experience in SaaS, SMB based businesses, payments and mobile companies

  • Extensive experience in: Document management, Confluence and JIRA

  • Subject matter expert in: Project control and reporting, Project planning and organization, Agile IT project management

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,010.00 - $130,600.00 - $143,660.00
