Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Change Management Team is responsible for managing the people side of change. The Organizational Change Manager guides how the organization or business functions prepare, equip and support individuals and/or business functions to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.

In this role you will: - Build and manage change management plans which include change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, sponsorship planning, stakeholder education and resistance management - Develop, design, and implement key messages and supporting communication material (presentations, training documents, talking points, videos, agenda etc.) and tie actions to outcomes - Establish/track metrics to measure change impact, define action plans to promote progress (iterative, incorporating feedback) and publish periodic status/dashboard - Support the buildout of the new enterprise change management Center of Excellence framework, contributing to definition, rollout, and gaining advocacy for our change management best practices - Act as a change agent by emphasizing and encouraging continuous improvement - Create reports at executive level on progress, value realization, key risks, and challenges

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

8-10+ years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience Practical Change Management experience (creating & executing plans), e.g., Adult education planning & delivery - strongly preferred

Change Management certification (preferably PROSCI) - strongly preferred

Excellent communication (written & spoken) skills

Positive and helpful attitude – someone who wants to make things better for others

Experience comfortably dealing with senior level executives (so a degree of “executive presence”)

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00 - $111,760.00 This is an Elavon posting. Elavon is a part of the U.S. Bank family.
