U.S. Bank Power BI Data Analyst for Workforce Optimization in Kentucky

Responsible for collecting and analyzing batches of data to design executive level interactive reporting dashboards in Power BI. Utilizes creative skills with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite applications to create reports and graphics for the business line. Creates content to improve workflow for workforce optimization programs. Creates multi-functional reports to be presented to executive level teammates and across the market. Makes recommendations to standardize reporting and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology. Analyzes costs of existing operations and prepares a cost/benefit analysis of recommended changes. Prepares PowerPoint presentations to communicate initiatives and share information at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe InDesign (Expert knowledge is preferred)
Presentation Skillsets: written and verbal with PowerPoint and WebEx
Experience with Content Creation: visual designs, digital designs, graphics, and data infographics
Knowledge and/or experience in process manageent and change management
Knowledge and/or experience with community engagement, performance management, and leadership development
Advanced knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
Comprehensive understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
