We’re looking for people who want more than just a job – they want to make a difference! talech is seeking a Senior PHP engineer (Laravel) who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey, who can help us to continue to grow and improve as a team.

We expect: Advanced experience in PHP and Laravel framework (at least 5 years experience of using PHP)

2+ years experience of planning and implementation of development strategy for large systems

Strong OOP skills and awareness of modern development principles and practices

Strong knowledge of Git

Full software life-cycle experience working on complex products within Agile environment

Must be self-motivated, and able to multitask across projects

Familiarity with the latest technologies and standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and a love of technical challenges

Experience in documenting, building and consuming RESTful APIs

Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check

Soft skills: Attention to details

Agile based mindset

Fluency in written and spoken English

To be motivated, friendly, open minded, quick learner with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

To care about software engineering best practices (testing, clean code, code reviews, etc.)

Ability to work as a team member

To have strong sense of responsibility and commitment

To share your knowledge and best practices within the team

To be ready for the challenge of working in a small, dynamic and fast-growing team

Proficient in spoken and written English
