talech is seeking a Senior Front End engineer who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey, who can help us to continue to grow and improve as a team.

You will work in an international environment with multi-functional, self-organizing team based on Agile principles (Scrum). Please, apply here if you're interested in joining our team in Lithuania!

We expect:

  • 5+ years of experience in Frontend development.

  • Ability and wish to lead multiple teams to success

  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Experience with templating engines like blade, handlebars, or any other.

  • Experience with SCSS, LESS, JSS, or any similar technologies.

  • Experience in building mobile-first UIs.

  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Primary concentration to React but also knowledge of other frontend frameworks.

  • Experience with state management technologies like Redux or others.

  • The capability of supporting legacy frameworks.

  • Experience in writing unit tests.

  • Strong knowledge of Git.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.

  • Mentorship skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • To be motivated, friendly, open minded, quick learner with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • To care about software engineering best practices (testing, clean code, code reviews, etc.)
