Job Description

The Healthcare Payments Professional will execute and support revenue growth in the Healthcare vertical by supporting sales in developing and identifying new business prospects. This role will play a key part in driving strategic alignment and execution across product delivery and sales enablement. This role will report directly to the U.S. Bank MPS Healthcare Leader in the U.S. Bank MPS CBB organization.

This position will require an understanding of U. S. Bank business units and Elavon Healthcare products and can lead and manage multiple high priority sales engagements simultaneously. A strong ability to partner and nurture relationships within Elavon and U. S. Bank to support strategic Healthcare business initiatives will be vital to the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Both digital and in person engagements with prospects and clients for the purpose of identifying and recommending U.S. Bank Healthcare solutions

  • Enable revenue with Healthcare solutions to small and mid-sized physician and dental practice providers with annual revenues up to $25MM

  • Provide training, guidance and support to sales representatives and bank partners in the Healthcare vertical

  • Assist with the delivery of customized client proposals, demonstrations and presentations

  • Establishes and maintains a network of key people in the industry and community

  • Serves as Healthcare product liaison, maintaining consistent engagement with product to stay in front of new developments and enhancements that will impact sales team

  • Provide additional sales enablement activity as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five to eight years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Healthcare Payments field

  • Ability to create needs analysis, develop proposals and conduct a technical product demonstration

  • Experience with C-suite and end-user buyers and influencers in the Healthcare space: Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Financial Services, Treasury, Information Technology and CFO.

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills

  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent record in delivering results

  • Proven success in building relationships and working collaboratively

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands

Location:

This role is posted as remote, but is market based. Ideal candidates must be located in Midwest market with ability to be in office as necessary.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00
