Job Description

Our Implementations Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of products for U.S. Bank Pre-Paid credit card customers. This includes:

  • Performing project analyses, conducting project reviews, carrying out research, performing the project implementation, monitoring the project, and tracking the implementation project status for products sold to businesses or government entities

  • Establishes and maintains a working relationship with customer representatives within assigned business portfolio, serving as the main point of contact between the customer and U.S. Bank during the project implementation phase

  • Takes the initiative to improve the profitability of these complex business relationships by ensuring that the customer receives an optimal level of products that fully meet or exceed the customer's expectations

  • Customer contact is done primarily over the phone, but some direct personal contact may also be required

  • Configuring new client programs on the prepaid platform

  • Learning and becoming proficient in proprietary software and platform tools

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on platform functionality for both internal and external partners

  • Performing production verification testing on platform enhancements

  • Consulting with internal partners, project managers, and developers during enhancement project lifecycles

  • Working with internal and external partners to ensure card fulfillment meets regulatory requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five or more years of project coordinator or customer service experience

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven customer service and communications skills in working effectively with external customers and internal business partners

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data

  • Familiarity with Agile processes and project management lifecycles
