Job Description Our new Group Product Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership for the Prepaid platform and products. The position will have direct managerial responsibility for the Prepaid platform product team and lead our agile roadmap planning and product development.

Position Highlights Directly and through professional staff, oversees the strategic product management for Prepaid platform and products & services in support of the organization's goals and market needs

Meets product KPI’s and strategic margin and revenue goals

Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position

Recommends revisions and enhancements to product lines to respond to customers and meet objectives

Job activities will include (but will not limited to) Championing the customer experience, using input from Voice of the Customer events and customer journey mapping interviews to help prioritize future investments in product development

Leads Agile Product Owners and Product Managers

Evaluates market trends, legal/regulatory climate, competitive products, and more.

Monitors changes in marketplace technology.

Conducts research on product enhancements and new product offerings and presents findings and recommendations.

Develops roadmap and requirements for new and existing products.

Ensures cross-functional alignment of product roadmap and priorities

Contributes to the development of product pricing

Manages competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends.

Manages the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance

Reviews risk data related to product line(s) and ensures risks are effectively monitored and managed.

Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinates legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

Plans, develops, and controls product/project budgets.

Define product goals and metrics.

Who you are: Demonstrate the ability to work across a large set of internal customers in technical and non-technical roles.

Passion for and knowledge of developing payment tools and products for clients and consumers.

Experienced in owning own platforms or other similar technical products.

A technology sponge interested in absorbing all that is happening within and outside the Prepaid Payment industry.

You can ideate as well as execute.

You are a change agent and lead by example.

You are an internal bridge-builder.

You think and lead like an “Owner”.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

10 or more years of product management experience

Preferred Skills and Experience Deep understanding of prepaid, debit or credit card products and service.

Self-motivated self-starter who can easily take command of an audience of senior executive leaders.

Strong product management, design, and development skills.

Considerable knowledge of product development, product launch and implementation.

Proficient in competitive analysis and data analytics.

Excellent management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within prepaid and payments market.

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Experienced in leading agile development teams to deliver on strategic product enhancements and launch new product.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps.

Be an internal prepaid payments evangelist, influence and build consensus with executives, colleagues, and third parties.
