Job Description

Director positions demonstrate success in a professional role in investments, portfolio management, client management and business development with complex UHNW($75MM and above) clients. Plays important role for investment function on regional team and will lead multiple UHNW client relationships with little to no supervision. Managing Director positions demonstrate success in a professional role leading investments, portfolio management, client management and business development. Leads investment function on regional team and is ultimately responsible for all investment UHNW client relationships with support of other investment team members. May also be responsible for leading multiple relationships across business lines in regional office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field

  • Nine or more years of portfolio/wealth management experience

  • Three or more years of alternative assets experience

  • 5 or more years of experience working specifically with UHNW clients($75MM and above)

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong understanding of managers/styles in all asset classes

  • Has been part of a team with a book of business in the UHNW space ($75MM or above)

  • Ability to meet with clients/prospects as sole investment professional representative

  • Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills

  • Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $140,930.00 - $165,800.00 - $182,380.00
