U.S. Bank is currently seeking a dynamic Senior Wires Product Manager to help our business customers succeed financially through a customer-centric consultative approach. He/she will be responsible for the overall product management and strategic focus for solutions within U.S. Bank’s payments line of business, with a primary focus on domestic wires. He/she will need to apply market and functional expertise to develop and manage solutions that delight our customers, as well as reduce friction, operational costs, and risks. Additional responsibilities include: • Analyzes trends and drivers for revenue growth and attrition; • Develops a multi-year strategic plan, including customer pricing, product enhancements, sales enablement, revenue growth, analysis of trends, integration with other solutions, and impacts of emerging, faster payments; • Partners across lines of business, technology, operations, marketing, legal, service, sales, compliance, and risk to achieve goals; and • Strives to understand industry and market segment differences in our customer base to deliver the best product experience for each.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related work experience
Preferred Experience/Skills - Proven track record of successfully building and delivering solutions to market - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Critical thinking, ability to assess situations, make recommendations, implement solutions, and drive outcomes - Proven ability to think strategically and tactically, along with strong analytical skills - Strong product management or product ownership, design, and development skills - Considerable knowledge in domestic wire payments - Excellent cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills - Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations, and various products and services within assigned area - Strong financial and competitive analysis skills - Passion for payments and helping customers succeed - Inherently curious with the ability to question the status quo - Ability to travel once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
