U.S. Bank Senior Product Manager - Digital Servicing in Irving, Texas

Job DescriptionBelow are the basic qualifications and preferred experience for each level of role. Your level of experience will be reviewed and matched to the appropriate job level.

Core Responsibilities Include Lead a development team in an agile environment to deliver roadmap and products from initial concept through to deployment and into production operation.

Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to define product capabilities and experience.

Sound knowledge in core servicing processes including payments, refunds, escrow administration, customer service, asset and collateral management, collections, and communications.

Establish, monitor, and maintain cross-departmental communication about how product work is prioritized and managed, as well as how key metrics are performing.

Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across various stakeholders.

Monitors and reports system scalability, reliability, and performance metrics to key stakeholders

Work collaboratively across BLs / Functions to define, sequence, and execute the roadmap.

Owns, writes, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog.

Advocates and embodies customer-obsession resulting in simple, frictionless, & innovative products/experiences.

Presents persuasively and authoritatively to peers and senior leadership, while facilitating collaborative conversation.

Articulates and resolves the trade-off between conflicting KPIs (e.g. timeline vs. risk).

Demonstrates thought leadership by integrating analytics to drive innovative experiences for customers that have a positive impact on business results.

Manages a consistent, repeatable set of product artifacts (product-level roadmaps, feature / function gap analysis, journey / process maps, inventory of “best-in-class” experiences), evolving them in sync as our business changes and grows.

Senior Product Manager 4: Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs. Meets product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Six to eight years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills - Strong product management, design and development skills - Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis - Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills - Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $92,735.00 - $109,100.00 - $120,010.00
