U.S. Bank Mortgage Customer Service Representative-Irving, TX in IRVING, Texas

We’re seeking individuals who are personable and naturally friendly, detail-oriented, bright and inquisitive, and excellent communicators. You will work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills to provide a consistent, exceptional customer service experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Our customers can reach us at the call center 7am-8pm Monday through Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturday Central Time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with U.S. Bank Customers to provide excellent customer service, answers to questions and problem resolution

  • Using critical thinking and remaining solution-focused throughout customer interactions

  • Creating customer loyalty by offering customers the identified products and services to benefit their financial needs

  • Promote online banking – guiding customers through self-service options and helping troubleshoot issues

Qualifications:

BasicQualifications

  • High schooldiploma or equivalent

  • 2-4 years ofexperience in a customer service position

    Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong phone communicationskills

  • Problem-solving/criticalthinking skills

  • Familiarity withdigital applications (e.g. banking apps, money transfer apps, payment/billingapps)

  • Ability tonavigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools tofind information

  • Proventime-management skills

  • AssociatesDegree, Bachelor’s Degree, or some college experience a plus

  • Leadership experiencea plus

  • BilingualEnglish-Spanish speaking a plus
