Become the API onboarding and support expert and promote efficient processes across the enterprise
Analyze business needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and iteratively improve workflows, procedures, and training materials
Participate in the modification of existing applications or development of new applications to enhance the tools used by our client servicing teams
Write test plans and performs tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems
Look for ways to improve our customer’s API onboarding and support experience
Recommend technical and procedural improvements to improve collaboration and efficiencies
Monitor and track project activities to ensure completion
Work with client servicing teams to implement streamlined processes and tools
Lead team members to prioritize projects and achieve organizational goals
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience defining workflows, procedures, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences
1 year of experience defining product backlog (epics and stories) for system enhancements and defects
1 year of experience leading a team of professionals
Ability to manage multiple highly visible and complex tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, information design, and visual presentation
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Visio, Jira, and Confluence experience is a plus).
2+ years documenting workflows for technical operations teams across a large organization
1+ years of hosting workshops and training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences
1+ years of process improvement implementation and/or training (such as Lean Six Sigma)
Formal training of technical writing and information design
