Job Description

Responsible for the content, presentation, governance, and customer experience on multiple interactive on-line platforms, including content strategy, web editing, and interactive writing/editing. Develops and oversees online content strategies and standards, including voice and tone, customer- and business-centric site goals, prioritization of site content, web presentation, etc. Develops and manages processes and practices to ensure site content is compliant with internal and external regulations, requirements, tenets, and guiding principles. Ensures team collaboration with multiple business lines, technology, marketing, compliance, and subject matter experts to understand and support business needs/requirements. Establishes and manages content guidelines and site taxonomy to ensure consistency of messaging, display, etc. Ensures websites adhere to brand standards, compliance regulations, and legal requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five or more years of content strategy or related experience, CMS experience and financial services industry experience preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and online marketing and business needs

  • Expert level interactive writing/editing skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to manage significant priorities that are subject to change

  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues of all levels across the company

  • Experience in the financial industry a plus

  • Experience with AEM global components
