Job Description
The Total Rewards team is hiring at U.S. Bank. The Incentive administration team is seeking a talented Incentive Compensation Systems Consultant. In this role, you will help strategize and create process efficiencies across the team. Incentive plan knowledge and technical skills are an ideal combination for success in this role. The team uses the following systems: Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management), Workday, Data Warehouses, Microsoft Access and Excel. You may also develop automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform – Power Bi, Power Query, SharePoint, One Drive and Power Automate. The role will evaluate current processes and develop and analyze reports.
Location: Role is hybrid in locations posted. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to six years of incentive compensation administration and systems experience
Three to five years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with large scale incentive compensation administration (1000+ participants), requirements documentation, and Varicent ICM or similar incentive system
Strong system reporting and data analysis skills using Microsoft Power Bi/ Power Query or Equivalent BI tools
Well-developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions with logical reasoning
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Project)
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 - $102,900.00 - $113,190.00
