Job Description

Functions as the primary daily contact between Corporate banking customers and U.S. Bank. Maintains and expands the relationship with Corporate Banking customers by providing exceptional customer support services. Working with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, product partners, and compliance team provide primary support for loan, deposit, treasury management, and regulatory compliance administrative functions (i.e. covenant tracking/monitoring, on-boarding of commercial loans, overdraft, wire, ACH monitoring/approvals, auditing systems for data integrity, and regulatory compliance activities). Proactively identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Identifies and capitalizes on cross-selling opportunities. Works directly with customers' accounts, inquiries, and items related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank Relationship.

Telecommuting / Office Locations / Hours

During the pandemic this position will be onboarded and worked remotely/from home. Once it's safe again, employees will likely be expected to return to the office; therefore, eligible candidates must live within commuting distance to one of our four offices below. Regardless of location, the hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm central time.

  • Chicago, Illinois (Downtown – The Loop)

  • Portland, Oregon (Downtown)

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five or more years of experience in financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exceptional customer relations/customer service skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Thorough knowledge of Corporate banking operation functions, systems, policies and procedures

  • Broad understanding of applicable laws and regulations

  • Proven credit support skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong problem resolution skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ideal candidate will have prior (five or more years) in Corporate Banking

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location .

Pay Range: $23.46 - $31.30 - $34.43
