Job DescriptionU.S. Bank's Global Corporate Trust and Custody group is a leading provider of corporate trust services in the United States. They service private and public companies, government and tax-exempt entities, and financial services companies. Domestically they operate a network of 45 offices. Within GCTC U.S. Bank is a global leader in providing innovative CDO trustee and asset servicing solutions, delivering accurate and timely data that allows our clients to make key investment decisions The CDO operations manager manage and coordinate operational and transactional activities assigned to administrator teams. Other key duties: · Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers · Accomplish results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals · Administer corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to ten years of financial service operations-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of CDO operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area -At least one year of direct management/supervision exper - In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations - Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills - Well-developed customer relations skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Thorough knowledge of banking operations and effective people management expertise
