Job Description

U.S. Bank is looking for a Senior Authentication Services Integrator to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and authorization solutions for on-prem and vendor-hosted applications. As a Senior Authentication Services Integrator, you will work directly with application teams and vendors to understand their authentication needs and integrate modern and secure solutions. You will translate business needs into workable authentication solutions. You are expected to be highly engaged with your team members and drive process improvement.

The successful candidate is one who loves working directly with application teams and vendors to understand their needs, and integrate authentication solutions securely, and safe. You need to be well organized; you are a great communicator and are adaptable to changing priorities. This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Top 3 Skills

  • Experience with the following federated protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0

  • Experience with the following identity platforms: Azure, Ping Federate, ForgeRock, SiteMinder, etc.

  • Experience in with IAM Authentication/Authorization technologies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Typically seven years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to quality standards associated with developing, enhancing and operationalizing application systems and databases.

Experience Should Include

  • 5+ years' experience developing and supporting security products and platforms including HTTP, Authentication & IAM

  • 5+ years' experience with SSO Configuration, Federation, AuthN Chains/Modules, AuthN Trees/Nodes, Authorization, Web Agents, etc.

  • 5+ years' experience identifying security issues and risks and developing mitigation plans.

  • 5+ years’ experience in with IAM Authentication/Authorization technologies

  • 5+ years' experience deploying web access solutions in accordance with the solution documentation, to include coding and scripting of custom interfaces, workflows, and forms, as well as various types of pre- and post-implementation testing.

  • 5+ years’ experience with the following identity platforms: Azure, Ping Federate, ForgeRock, SiteMinder, etc.

  • 5+ years’ experience scripting or programming experience with JavaScript &/or Python

  • 5+ years’ experience of the following web technologies: RESTful/SOAP, JSON, XML, Web and Application Servers, HTML.

  • 5+ years' experience with federated protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0)

  • Understanding of directories (Active Directory, Ping Directory, LDAP) and how they are integrated with authentication connections

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Azure Certification (AZ900)

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
