Job DescriptionResponsible for the development and implementation of information technology applications, systems analysis, and programming activities that support a functional area, business line, and/or major product. Manages IT professionals who design and develop or acquire and adapt application software, to ensure successful coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software systems, networks, and applications infrastructure. Works with management to identify and prioritize information systems needs and to develop project plans and budgets for approved projects. Provides overall direction and guidance to project managers, reviews project requests, monitors timelines, and prepares activity and progress reports. Consults with IS personnel in other areas to coordinate systems development activities. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field - 12 or more years of banking experience - Five or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Very broad knowledge of information systems technology, especially industry-specific applications - Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
