Job Description
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Accept, review, verify and process collateral packages for Mortgage Warehouse customers to secure warehouse lines of credit.
Data entry of collateral on proprietary tracking system.
Retrieve, file and ship new collateral to investors.
Process "Advance" and "Pay down" requests.
Review and release wires for loan closings and process all incoming wires.
Balance activity daily, review, research and clear exceptions.
Function as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
Work proactively to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
The team member in this role will work from home 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of experience in financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
2 to 3 years of banking and/or mortgage banking experience.
General knowledge of mortgage loan processing.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
-Typing or data entry skills (approx. 40 wpm) and 10- key by touch required.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
