Job Description
The Head of Partner Business Line Strategy works hand in hand with the EVP of the Partner Business Line on oversight of the line of business which manages more than 450 Partners throughout the US and Canada. The Head of Strategy generally works behind the scenes to help facilitate problem solving, effective decision-making, team operations and dealing with issues. This individual will act as a confidante and advisor to the EVP, providing a sounding board for ideas. This individual will support the oversight of the team, operations, and growth strategy.
This individual will plan and direct all administrative, financial, strategic planning, reporting and operational activities for the executive. They will organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives. Track initiatives, ensuring they are meeting revenue goals and business prioritizes
Build & Develop weekly and Monthly Reports for the Business Line
Help prioritize plans for addressing issues that are impacting the business line performance (grow top line and managing bottom line revenue)
Lead the identification, design, development, and implementation of projects. Scope included defining approach, managing execution and work to establish a repeatable and sustainable process.
Provide the communication framework for customers, employees, and executives
Act as the facilitator for EVP’s colleagues or employees, having the ability to think ahead and catch problems before they arise
Serve as a first alert system – an extra set of eyes and ears – keeping the EVP aware of unanticipated problems to be addressed or opportunities to be considered
Oversees team operations: address staffing opportunities, issue escalations, assess inquiries directed to the EVP, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of effectively interacting with executive and senior management
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Effective, versatile and action-oriented
Strong project management, organizational and analytical skill
Storytelling and proficiency in Microsoft tools
Action oriented and able to operate in a fast pace environment

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $132,600.00 - $145,860.00
