Job DescriptionPosition is responsible for lifecycle management contingent labor program primarily focused on services. Maintaining best practice processes for the day to day operations of a program office for staff augmentation &/or Statement of Work based services. Accountabilities: Analyze non-employee data, identify trends, and create recommendations for program enhancements Identify opportunities within the program which data can inform better decision making, collaborate with reporting SME to build reports Comfortable presenting recommendations to leadership teams Comfortable Responding to and resolving operating issues including managing support email boxes. Understands the goals of the customer program, and makes recommendations to customer & Product Owner based on process knowledge Provide support to Hiring Managers creating and managing projects within Vendor Management System (including data entry tasks) Assisting team in managing the full procurement lifecycle for Statement of Work in vendor Management System including data entry Work closely with Product Owner and team to continuously improve business processes. Create and maintain program process documentation Develop proactive supplier & customer relationships Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes. Deliver comprehensive reporting (Standard & Ad-Hoc) to customer as requested. Provide consultancy to end users, staffing strategy Day to day supplier management / issue resolution Work closely with Product Owner to identify any technology incidents or defects Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution testing

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders - Thorough understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Strong analytical and forecasting skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to work as part of a project team - Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
