Job Description

This position will support CD/IRA and is responsible for partnering with branch bankers, 24 bankers, life event bankers and various SMEs within CD/IRA to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, operations staff, bankers and/or legal staff, and team members where applicable. Resolves escalations and corrections and supports staff. Will train and instruct team members to prepare them for incoming tasks and responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
