Job Description

Provides summary reports and data to external clients, regulatory agencies, or management in operations, compliance, marketing, and/or product groups. Information provided may be used for risk assessment, business development or profitability optimization analysis. Researches and resolves problems and errors in data from MIS reporting systems to ensure accurate information. Over see workflow of the flood department. Run team huddles and assigned daily tasks. Make sure service level agreements are met.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Five or more years of experience in data management and reporting activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and SQL

• Thorough knowledge of data management concepts, data mining and other reporting skills

• Well-developed mathematical, analytical and data retrieval skills

• Ability to summarize data in an understandable format

• Ability to identify and resolve data exceptions
